We use the same password for many type. Like Windows account password, Bios password. But they can easily be hacked. However, if you are at the Windows log on screen before you set a password, then it will be very secure. This is called a start up password. The start up password on your computer for the following steps.
1st step windows logo key + r press run will start then.

2nd step write syskey in to run and press enter. (Like below image)
After press enter see like below image
3rd step Encryption Enabled radio button and click the update.
4th step Click the password with the password start up ok. then the password will be set. Now restart the PC before the user account password want to see.
Press it again to close the windows key + r. will run commanded. Please write syskey and press enter. Click the update button.
No password write is system generated password and then click. Then click on ok this store startup key locally. The previous password, then click ok. Well done
